Delivery dates shown on the Peugeot Motability Store

Every vehicle on the Peugeot Motability Store is displayed with an anticipated delivery window. This is a forecast based on our current production capacity and is subject to change, but is included to give you an idea of when you could expect to receive your new Peugeot. Working with the Peugeot Retailer network, we will ensure all of our customers are kept up to date regarding the status of their new vehicle orders.

How do I complete my order online?

This website allows you to order your brand new Peugeot online.
Start off by picking a model and then personalising it the way you like it, including choosing your favourite colour, engine, interior trim and additional options.
During your selection process, you will be shown both the Advance Payment and Weekly Cost as agreed with Motability Scheme.
Once you complete your order online, you'll receive an email from us with all of the details and next steps.
And that's it! The whole process should take between 20 and 30 minutes.

What happens after I complete my order online?

Once you've completed your order online, we'll send you a confirmation email with details of all of your selections and information of what will happen next.
Straight away we'll send your request to you chosen Retailer, requesting them to make contact with you, so they can walk you through the Motability Operations steps to register your order on their system and comply with all the necessary steps.
Additionally, they will work on processing your request into an order and can provide you an estimated delivery date.

If I order my vehicle online, how long will it take to be delivered?

Your selected Retailer will provide you a regular update on the build of your car and any changes to the delivery date provided when they placed the order.

I've made my selections but don't want to order online, how can I order with my Retailer?

If you'd like to share the vehicle you've personalised with your local Retailer so that you can finish your order in person, please contact us on 0800 042 2255 or via email at peugeotonline@peugeot.com and we can pass through all of the detail of your selections to your local Peugeot Retailer.
